Description

Cane-line’s Peacock outdoor lounge chair is a fine example of timeless Danish design, perfect for the patio, balcony or garden. Designed by Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen, the lounge chair consists of a teak wood base and a synthetic rattan seat mimicking the vivid, organic feel of natural rattan. The cup-like seat is woven of Cane-line’s own Flat Weave fibre, which is designed especially for outdoor use. The highly weather-resistant material maintains its colour and shape for years on end, come rain or shine. The teak wood base will slowly develop a lovely grey patina typical of the natural material.

If you’d prefer some extra comfort, an outdoor seat cushion set is available separately.

  • Care instructions Cane-line Flat Weave: Regular cleaning with a soft brush and soapy water is important. This ensures the removal of superficial soil and debris, such as leaves, berries, pollen and bird droppings, before they have a chance to build up and become more difficult to remove. Alternatively, the product can be cleaned with a high-pressure cleaner set at moderate.

Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen

Johannes Foersom and Peter Hiort-Lorenzen form the Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen design team and they have cooperated since 1977. For a long time, they have cooperated with Cane-Line, and also with companies like Marimekko, Lammhults Möbel AB and Danfoss. 

They have also won several awards for their work. Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen never compromise on the comfort or visual expression. Years of experience and strong skills are visible in details of exceptionally high standards, from the point of view of booth quality and cramftmanship.

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate, available shipping options and estimated delivery date at checkout once you have filled in your address details.
