Sekisaka's Box Long storage box, designed by Ken Suzuki, takes its shape from the traditional lacquered woodenware of Japan's Echizen region. Clean lines set into a gently slanted parallelogram give the wooden box a playful and distinctive charm.
The minimalist wooden storage box is ideal for keeping items such as jewellery, office supplies or spice jars, while bringing a fresh dose of modern Japanese aesthetics to any interior.

Ken Suzuki is a Japanese industrial designer best known for his work on household appliances. He joined Toshiba in 1996, designing home appliances and IT products, before moving on to become a designer at Amadana. In 2011, Suzuki co-founded the Cado brand with engineer Noriyuki Koga, and he has been responsible for its product design and creative direction ever since.
Suzuki's designs have received several international accolades, including the iF Design Award, the Red Dot Design Award and the Good Design Award.
