Description

Crushgrind’s Billund self-watering plant pot offers a caring home for herbs, flowers and small houseplants. The lower part of the two-piece pot serves as a water reservoir, allowing plants to absorb the amount of water they need – so daily watering is not required.

With its clean Scandinavian lines, the pot is made from lightweight and durable recycled polypropylene, making it particularly well suited to herbs that dry out easily, such as basil, mint and parsley. Playfully designed, the Billund plant pot brings a cheerful touch to the kitchen windowsill as well as other rooms in the home.

Sam Murley is a product developer from Brighton, now based in Copenhagen, Denmark. He is known for his inquisitive and artistic approach to product development, with an interest in sustainable materials and manufacturing processes. His work focuses on transforming digital designs into kitchenware products. In 2023, Murley received the Silver A' Design Award for his Billund spice grinder, which he designed for CrushGrind.
