Form & Refine’s Angle bar stool is a sturdy and versatile companion for many needs, both at home and in public spaces. Made of oiled oak, the bar stool serves effortlessly as an extra seat for surprise guests, a side table in the living room or hallway, or a handy step stool when reaching for the top shelves in the kitchen.
Designed by Herman Studio, the goal was to create a stool that would be as comfortable as it is visually appealing. The seat of the Angle bar stool tilts gently to enhance sitting comfort, adding a playful and distinctive touch to the design. Thanks to its lightweight construction and pleasantly minimalist expression, the Angle stool fits naturally into a wide variety of interiors.

Herman Studio is a Danish design practice founded in 2011, specialising in furniture and interior design. The studio was established by Helle Herman Mortensen, who holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from Aalborg University, and Jonas Herman Pedersen, who studied furniture and spatial design at the Aarhus School of Architecture.
Mortensen places emphasis on storytelling and viewing design from multiple perspectives, while Pedersen values a holistic approach to materials and production processes. Their work often balances elegance and strength, with a touch of playfulness and unexpected detail woven into each design.
