Please check the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery for external damages before signing the proof of delivery. In case you detect any damage such as dirt, moisture or cuts, ask the driver to log an initial complaint about the issue. If the item has been damaged during transport, please file a freight claim within three days of receiving the order.

We recommend that you receive your parcel personally. If you have authorized the courier to leave it in a safe place and it goes missing after delivery, we are not responsible for the loss.

If the product is delivered on a pallet, the pallet is part of the product packaging, and its disposal is the customer's responsibility. We recommend, however, keeping the pallet in case the product needs to be returned.

International safety regulations apply to the transport of battery-powered products and limit the quantity allowed per shipment. For this reason, a maximum of 4 battery-powered items can be shipped in a single delivery.

If a larger quantity is needed, you can:

  • request a separate quote via the online store, or
  • place multiple separate orders directly in the online store according to the required quantity – placing multiple orders is the fastest way to get the products shipped.

This ensures safe transport and accurate shipping costs.

Sometimes things don't go happily according to plan, but we are here to help you.

If the product you received is defective or damaged during transportation, take photos of both the packaging and the product. Send the photos and a more detailed description to us on the claim form within three days of receiving the order. Always save the damaged shipping packaging.

Delivery to a pickup point

The parcel is delivered to a parcel point or locker typically within 1–4 business days. The shipment can be tracked using the Matkahuolto tracking number, which is sent by email once the order has been dispatched.

Once the order is ready for collection, Matkahuolto sends a notification via SMS or email. The parcel can be collected from the pickup point using the collection code provided by Matkahuolto. Parcels delivered to parcel lockers are collected using a PIN code included in the notification.

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery time and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Please note that this delivery method is not available for all orders, as the maximum parcel size is limited.

The parcel is delivered to the selected Posti parcel locker. The nearest lockers are shown at checkout based on the provided delivery address.

The shipment can be tracked using the Posti tracking number, which is sent by email once the order has been dispatched. Tracking is available on the Posti website and in the OmaPosti app.

The recipient receives a notification and a locker code via SMS and in the OmaPosti app. The parcel is collected from the locker by entering the code on the keypad of the indicated compartment.

Parcels are stored in the locker for five days from arrival, after which they are returned to the sender. If the parcel locker is full, the shipment is delivered to the nearest available Posti pickup point.

The Posti parcel is delivered to the selected Posti pickup point. The nearest pickup locations are shown at checkout based on the provided delivery address.

The shipment can be tracked using the Posti tracking number, which is sent by email once the order has been dispatched. Tracking is available on the Posti website and in the OmaPosti app.

Once the shipment is ready for collection, Posti sends a notification to the recipient. The parcel can be collected from the pickup point by presenting a valid ID along with the notification or tracking number.

Parcels are stored at the pickup point for five days from arrival, after which they are returned to the sender.

Delivery to home or a selected address

The Matkahuolto home delivery service delivers the parcel to the doorstep at an agreed time, including evenings and Saturdays. Outside urban areas, deliveries are made at specific times on weekdays.

The shipment can be tracked using the Matkahuolto tracking number, which is sent by email once the order has been dispatched.

A notification of the upcoming delivery is sent via SMS or email to arrange a delivery time. With the recipient’s permission, the parcel can also be left at the doorstep without a signature.

The Posti Home Parcel is delivered to the doorstep – in major cities delivery is available between 9:00 and 21:00, and in other areas by 14:00.

The shipment can be tracked using the Posti tracking number, which is sent by email once the order has been dispatched. Tracking is available on the Posti website and in the OmaPosti app.

Posti contacts the recipient twice via SMS to arrange a delivery time. Deliveries are made on weekdays. If the recipient cannot be reached, a paper notice will be left. If the recipient does not contact Posti, the shipment will be returned to the sender after 7 days.

The Posti Express Parcel is delivered directly to the delivery address. Delivery takes place on weekdays by 16:00 and without a separate notification.

The Express service includes one delivery attempt. If the recipient is not available, a delivery notice will be left and the parcel will be taken to the nearest available pickup point, where it will be held for 7 days. Uncollected parcels are returned to the sender.

The shipment will be delivered to your home address at an agreed time on weekdays between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. The shipment will be left outside next to the delivery vehicle’s stopping point.

You can choose the delivery day and time from several options. You will be asked to select a delivery time after the shipment has been in transit for 1–2 business days. You can track the shipment online or in the OmaPosti app.

If you wish, you can purchase indoor delivery directly from the transport company via the OmaPosti app. Please note that indoor delivery is not available for orders with a total weight of over 85 kg. The total weight includes the product as well as packaging and pallet materials. If needed, please contact Posti customer service.

Pallet freight is delivered to the recipient’s delivery address within approximately 1–4 business days. No separate delivery notification is provided to the recipient. The shipment is unloaded in the immediate vicinity of the vehicle using a tail lift and pallet truck, or by the recipient using their own unloading equipment. In more remote areas, pickups and deliveries are carried out only on pre-scheduled days.

Orders can also be delivered directly to a summer house at the standard delivery fee – with no additional charges. Simply enter the summer house address as the delivery address at checkout and select "Posti home delivery" as the delivery method. Please note that the service is available in mainland Finland in locations accessible by an uninterrupted road connection.

Exceptions and more detailed delivery times are available on the Posti website via the delivery time search. Set the dispatch location postcode to 20100 (Turku) and the destination postcode to the summer house address.

Shipments delivered to the recipient are sent as Posti Express Flex parcels or transport units. Posti will make contact to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Smaller parcels can also be ordered to the nearest Posti service point. The closest Posti service point and its opening hours can be found via the provided link.
