The Goma chair by Made by Choice boasts a playful expression created by its curvy, almost plastic-like frame. Although the look is very cartoonish and plasticky, the chair is actually crafted from plywood with a cognac leather seat.
Designed by Thomas Sandell, Goma was originally created for a restaurant of the same name, located in Stockholm, Sweden – although the original design was higher and intended as a bar chair. The dining chair follows the same distinctive form but is to be paired with a lower table. The Goma chair is crafted in Finland from birch plywood.
