The Glass Carafe drinking glasses by Cassina are part of an elegant collection, designed by Aldo Bakker, based on Bakker’s playful glass carafe both in terms of form and name. Bakker originally created the design as early as 2000, but it was hidden in Bakker’s prototype archive for over 20 years until the Danish brand Karakter Copenhagen began manufacturing it.
The glasses have a wonderfully playful, organic form created with mouth-blown glass, making each piece unique with slight variations in the shape and thickness of the glass. The set is dishwasher-safe, making it ideal not only for festive special occasions but also for elevating the everyday: even a glass of water is sure to taste better when served from a beautiful glass!
