Fredericia's Eyes bar chair embodies the design philosophy of Johannes Foersom and Peter Hiort-Lorenzen that quality and comfort go hand in hand – if one is missing, the design is not truly timeless or long-lasting. The minimalist bar chair is the perfect combination of relaxed and comfortable yet at the same time modern and stylish Nordic design.

Consisting of a slender metal base and a fully-upholstered shell of moulded, cold-cured foam, the Eyes barstool is sure to offer a comfy sitting experience even at a bar or a counter. Therefore, the chair is suitable for a variety of environments from private kitchens to bars, cafés and restaurants.

Johannes Foersom and Peter Hiort-Lorenzen form the Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen design team and they have cooperated since 1977. For a long time, they have cooperated with Cane-Line, and also with companies like Marimekko, Lammhults Möbel AB and Danfoss. 

They have also won several awards for their work. Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen never compromise on the comfort or visual expression. Years of experience and strong skills are visible in details of exceptionally high standards, from the point of view of booth quality and cramftmanship.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate, available shipping options and estimated delivery date at checkout once you have filled in your address details.

Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.

Orders shipped to Australia are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as following:

For private customers:

  • Orders of AU$1,000 or less (goods value only, excluding shipping and taxes):
    • A 10% GST is included in the prices and paid at checkout.
  • Orders over AU$1,000:
    • GST and any applicable import duties are collected by Australian customs upon arrival and must be paid by the recipient. Since GST is collected by customs, it is deducted from the order total at checkout and shown as a separate line item in the cost breakdown.

Please note that our product pages display prices including 10% GST. As a result, the AU$1,000 threshold effectively applies to orders with a displayed goods value of AU$1,100 or more.
