Description

Hetkinen’s Birch & Xylitol hand balm delivers deep, natural hydration and long-lasting protection to hands. Enriched with shea butter, coconut oil, and xylitol, the hand cream is especially effective on dry and rough skin, yet gentle enough to be used on the body and face as well. The water-free, silky texture absorbs quickly and helps shield the skin for hours. Infused with a delightfully fresh scent, Birch & Xylitol hand cream comes in a stylish glass bottle that looks elegant on a bathroom shelf or bedside table alike.

Hetkinen’s skincare products are made using only pure, natural ingredients and contain no parabens, synthetic fragrances or colourants, mineral oils or plastics. All ingredients are plant-based, making Finnish Hetkinen natural cosmetics suitable for vegans as well.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate, available shipping options and estimated delivery date at checkout once you have filled in your address details.

Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.

Orders shipped to Australia are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as following:

For private customers:

  • Orders of AU$1,000 or less (goods value only, excluding shipping and taxes):
    • A 10% GST is included in the prices and paid at checkout.
  • Orders over AU$1,000:
    • GST and any applicable import duties are collected by Australian customs upon arrival and must be paid by the recipient. Since GST is collected by customs, it is deducted from the order total at checkout and shown as a separate line item in the cost breakdown.

Please note that our product pages display prices including 10% GST. As a result, the AU$1,000 threshold effectively applies to orders with a displayed goods value of AU$1,100 or more.

Delivery terms

Please note that the right to return products does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products which are ordered from the manufacturer according to the customer's wishes.
  • Custom-cut items (including fabrics and replacement webbing).

Please note that returns are subject to a restocking fee, which varies depending on your region and the item being returned. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
