What’s new: Hem’s Puffy lounge chair

The Puffy lounge chair was designed by British artist and designer Faye Toogood.

Hem’s playful Puffy lounge chair boasts an invitingly plump design. Conceived by Faye Toogood, the chair is available in a range of color and upholstery options.

FAYE TOOGOOD’S Puffy lounge chair is based on a delightful contrast of forms and materials. Manufactured by Stockholm-based brand Hem, the lounge chair consists of a streamlined, tubular steel frame and a plump, quilt-like cushion resting freely on the frame, now upholstered also in a chunky bouclé fabric.

Manufactured by Hem, the Puffy is available in several different color and upholstery options.

The inviting Puffy lounge chair is suitable for a wide range of interiors.

The generous, overflowing cushion gives Puffy a comforting look, and its airy design easily blends into any kind of decor, minimalist or maximalist – the lounge chair is sure to add a relaxed touch to a living room, bedroom corner, or a hotel lobby.

Puffy's tubular steel frame is paired with a seat cushion that rests freely on the frame.

In 2021, the Puffy lounge chair was awarded the Born Classic prize by Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair and Bukowskis. The award is given yearly to a new product that the prize’s jury believes to become a future classic of Nordic design – and Design Stories wholeheartedly agrees.
