HAY’s Amanta two-seater sofa combines the spirit of 1960s Italian design with modern, sustainable materials. Upholstered in fabric, the low, armless sofa creates an airy, relaxed look that fits effortlessly into a variety of spaces without overwhelming them. The pleasantly soft seat cushions are filled with plywood board and biomass-balanced foam, while the frame and playfully rounded legs are made from recycled plastic. 

Originally designed by Italian architect and designer Mario Bellini, the Amanta sofa collection has been brought back to life through Danish brand HAY’s 2025 reissue. The modular collection includes both single modules and pre-configured sofas that can be expanded and rearranged to suit different spaces and needs. Versatile and adaptable, the sofas are designed to work equally well in homes, offices and public environments.
