Korbo's Linea no. 3 planter is part of a striking collection designed by Monica Förster, where sculptural aesthetics meet industrial materials. Each planter is sand-cast in recycled aluminium, giving it a beautifully textured surface and a one-of-a-kind character – no two planters are ever the same!
Förster’s design takes playful inspiration from the beloved Korbo wire baskets, using their “negative” form to create carved lines that echo the woven pattern. The result is a tactile surface that catches light and shadow in a captivating way. With its raw yet refined look, the Linea planter makes a perfect addition to a modern living room or a lush balcony.

Monica Förster (born 1966) grew up in northern Sweden and studied both in Stockholm's Beckmans College of Design and Konstfack. She has since earned a position as one of Sweden’s leading designers as she has worked with several internationally known and honoured brands. In her works, Förster combines a deep understanding of pure form and a never-ending interest in new materials and techniques. Monica Förster has won numerous awards in her career, including the prestigious Bruno Mathsson Prize in 2021. In the same year, she was named Designer of the Year by Elle Decoration Sweden – as she was in 2008 and 2015.
