The Front Pine table by Tapio Anttila is a minimalist wooden table whose harmonious design is fascinatingly disrupted by metal supports at each end of the table. In addition to the metal tubes, the table’s design details include playfully rounded, black-coated oak legs as well as a 5 mm gap between the two planks that form the table’s top – the latter serves as a nod to the rustic harvest tables of the olden days.
The tabletop of the Front Pine table, as its name suggests, is made of pine wood whose natural grain and variation in colour make each table uniquely beautiful. Wood in itself is an eco-friendly, sustainable material but, additionally, Tapio Anttila Collection has compensated the table's carbon footprint over its entire life cycle.
