Description

GUBI's Vanity wall mirror got both its name and inspiration from 17th-century mirror tables. The vanity tables of that time featured mirrored panels that allowed the person sitting at the table to mirror themselves from several angles at once. In the Vanity wall mirror, the table itself has been removed, but the idea remains the same: walnut framed mirrors, connected by elegant brass hinges, allow the viewer to admire their reflection from different angles at the same time.

Vanity mirrors are perfect for complementing the décor of different rooms: hang a mirror in a bedroom or living room for an extra sense of space and atmosphere, or on a wardrobe or dressing room to help you choose your daily clothes. The Vanity mirror collection was designed by GamFratesi.

I have ordered many times from this shop. But, this will be my last time. I am very disappointed with my experience ordering from Finnish Design Shop. Although the company presents itself as the world’s leading online store for Nordic design, the service I received was far from the standard one would expect. The mirror I ordered arrived with visible brown oxidation marks along the edges. The kind of defect typically seen in old or vintage pieces, not in a brand-new product. I immediately contacted customer service with photos, but it's been six days and I have received no reply. I also attempted to call the number listed on their website (+358 8000 63 77), which does not seem to be working. This lack of communication is unacceptable. Under EU consumer protection law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund when goods are delivered defective, yet Finnish Design Shop has so far ignored my complaint entirely. Sadly, I cannot recommend ordering from them. Beautiful design means nothing if backed by such poor service.
