Description

The Funiculí table lamp by Marset is a new edition of Lluís Porqueras’ design classic from 1979. As its name suggests, Funiculí is based on a funicular up-and-down movement: its height can be adjusted with a simple clip mechanism, and also the direction of the light head can be rotated 360º to point up, down or to the side. The versatile adjustability makes Funiculí a perfect luminaire for working and reading, and its puristic forms and timeless appearance will complement both classic and contemporary interiors.

Lluís Porqueras

Spanish designer Lluís Porqueras (b. 1930) is known for his timeless and atmospheric lighting designs that are often based on the contrasts of light and shadow as well as vividness and tranquillity. In 1956 Porqueras established Stoa, the first Catalonian design office, and in 1979 he and Jaume Vaquero founded the lighting brand Vapor. Today, many lamps from Vapor’s catalogue are part of Marset’s collection. Porqueras has also designed lamps for companies such as Santa & Cole and Target.

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.
