Arabia's Vuokko paper napkin features a striped pattern designed by Vuokko Nurmesniemi in 1973. True to its name, Pieni 4-raita – or "Small 4-stripe" – consists of four playful, differently coloured stripes and is one of Nurmesniemi’s most iconic designs. The package includes 20 cheerfully coloured Vuokko napkins.
The Arabia X Vuokko collection connects two pioneers of Finnish design: Vuokko Nurmesniemi, known for her bold textile and fashion prints, and Arabia, renowned for its clean-lined, timeless ceramics. The colourful collection features ceramic tableware, a tray, napkins and a unique glass vase – a revived design by Nurmesniemi from the 1950s.
