Melt is great but buying from Finnish Design is not. They do not respond to customer queries about the product. Still waiting for their reply on my claim, its three weeks and counting. I thought the product had a defect, some bubble marks at the bottom of the blow moulded polycarbonate shell. And so I wrote to Finnish but did not receive and respond till date. I have to go to the local retail to inspect the Melt pendant showroom piece to find out its a consistent bubble mark that looks like a defect. Thanks but no thanks Finnish Design. I will never buy from you again.
