De Buyer’s Choc Intense 28 cm sauté pan is ideal for preparing larger batches of sauces. A glass lid can pe purchased separately.

The Choc Intense collection features hard and durable pans, made of forged aluminium, suitable for all hobs. The material guarantees an even and effective heat distribution, and the non-stick coating minimises the need for cooking oil. Choc Intense pans are made in France.
