- Care instructions Rinse the jug with clear water for cleaning. Do not use a wire brush or any other tool to clean the inside of the bottle in order to prevent the glass insert from being damaged. Do not soak.
- Notes It is recommended that the vacuum jug be preheated prior to pouring hot liquids in to avoid extreme temperature fluctuations.

This vacuum jug was given to me by a friend who watched me struggle with the drip coffee carafe I had. at the time. This lovely Stelton amphora is perfection every way. I know it is designed with the Greek wine amphora clearly in mind, but I like its perky bird look. The shiny soft black touches give it a lovely touch, as I sit here at my computer. Pouring out of it is a joy. The handle is comfortable and shiny too. The bottom of the jug has a rubbery ring to keep it from sliding onto the floor in a minor earthquake. Kudos!
