Ahti Taskinen
Ahti Taskinen (b. 1937) is a Finnish interior and furniture designer best known for his Vitriini bookcase system designed in the 1970s. During his long career, Taskinen has designed furniture for numerous Finnish furniture manufacturers, from Asko and Isku to Niemen tehtaat and Myrskylä Oy. In addition to his design work, Taskinen is a distinguished oil painter.
