Description

Oscar is a playful and happy cocker spaniel, who can do almost everything a real-life dog can. He is happy to sit, crawl and stand at your command. Movable body parts allow him to change his expression. The fine details and the joyful appearance make this wooden dog a delightful design object.

Oscar was designed in 1953 by Hans Bølling. The dog is handmade out of beech wood, and the ears and tail are made out of leather.

Hans Bølling

Hans Bølling (born 1931) is a Danish architect and designer. He first planned a career in advertising design, but ended up studying to become an architect. After graduating from the Royal Danish Art Academy, Bølling has designed small wooden objects, furniture, villas and town halls. His works are described as joyful and cheerful.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

Our prices include 21% Belgian VAT. All orders ship from Finland within the EU, so there are no customs charges or import fees on delivery.

We offer free shipping on small items for orders over
150 €.

For large items, free shipping applies to orders over 3000 €.

“Small item” refers to parcels under 80 cm in length or weighing less than 25 kg. Larger or heavier shipments are classified as “Large item deliveries” (see below).

Please note that the free shipping thresholds stated above may not apply in certain cases. In such situations, any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Large item delivery charge range from 29 € to 149 €  and is automatically calculated and displayed on the product page and at checkout. The exact cost is confirmed once your delivery address has been entered.

Large item delivery charges apply to any single parcel with a side longer than 80 cm or weighing more than 25 kg.

Please note that exceptions to these fees may apply to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of large or delicate items. In such cases, the final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.

As a member, you’ll enjoy even better free shipping benefits on small items:

  • Level 2: Free shipping for orders over 129 €
  • Level 3–4: Free shipping for orders over 99 €

Exclusions apply: For large item deliveries, an additional surcharge is applied based on your location and the size and weight of your shipment.
