Description
HAY’s Twist floor lamp, created by French designer Romain Sillon, is a striking play of geometry and light. Its recognisable silhouette takes shape from two joined cones – the lower one grounding the piece as a base, the upper one opening out as a shade. Casting a gentle, upward beam, Twist can shift in character at a moment’s notice: its height adjusts from a modest 115 cm to an impressive two metres, transforming both its presence and the atmosphere it creates.
Versatile and elegant, Twist adds a sculptural touch to living rooms, lounges and offices alike. Its clean, minimalist lines make it an easy companion for both understated and richly layered interiors.

Romain Sillon (b. 1994) is a French designer whose work spans furniture, lighting and small objects. Originally from Lyon, Sillon graduated in product design in 2017 from ECAL in Switzerland, continued his studies at the Politecnico di Milano, and eventually established his own studio in Paris. Having collaborated with brands such as HAY, Sillon draws inspiration for his creations from the beauty of mechanics and movement.
