Le Klint’s classic pleated pendant is a true design icon – it has been a part of the brand’s range since 1943. Model 1-27 features a lovely lampshade, pleated by hand, that opens downward, making it ideal to hang over a dining table, for example. The pendant is designed by Le Klint’s founder, Tage Klint.
The pendant is available both with a classic paper shade and as a modern version complete with a plastic shade. Light is filtered through both materials softly and pleasantly, but it should be noted that the paper shade creates a slightly more gentle lighting while the plastic shade is ideal for spaces that require lighting that is a bit brighter.
