Description

Louis Poulsen's Tomoshi is a portable table lamp, named after the Japanese word for light. Designed by Oki Sako of the Nendo studio, the lamp is crafted to bring a warm, cosy atmosphere wherever you place it. Its portable design allows you to place it on a table or hang it from a wall or ceiling hook. The leather strap adds extra practicality – simply pull it up for a secure grip, and it neatly retracts when not in use.

Tomoshi Portable emits soft, 360-degree light, and its dim-to-warm feature lets you adjust both the warmth and brightness to create the perfect ambience, whether for work or relaxation. You can easily switch between stepless and gradual dimming to suit your preference. Made with recycled plastic where possible, the lamp also features a replaceable battery, LED unit and strap, ensuring a longer lifespan.

    It shape look so beautiful, with a tone of japanese zen style. I like the dimming effect during switch on or off the light. The leather handle make it elegant. Also, I can use the light in few ways like carrying it at midnight, place on the desk, and hang on the rack. Love it!

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate, available shipping options and estimated delivery date at checkout once you have filled in your address details.

Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.

Orders shipped to Australia are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as following:

For private customers:

  • Orders of AU$1,000 or less (goods value only, excluding shipping and taxes):
    • A 10% GST is included in the prices and paid at checkout.
  • Orders over AU$1,000:
    • GST and any applicable import duties are collected by Australian customs upon arrival and must be paid by the recipient. Since GST is collected by customs, it is deducted from the order total at checkout and shown as a separate line item in the cost breakdown.

Please note that our product pages display prices including 10% GST. As a result, the AU$1,000 threshold effectively applies to orders with a displayed goods value of AU$1,100 or more.

Delivery terms

Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means that any GST, import duties or other charges assessed by Australian customs or the carrier must be paid by the recipient in order to release the shipment.

Please note that the right to return products does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products which are ordered from the manufacturer according to the customer's wishes.
