Description

Act of Caring's fabric care kit helps keep your favourite clothes and home textiles fresh and stain-free. The set includes two products designed for refreshing and cleaning fabrics, along with a microfiber cleaning cloth and a cotton terry cloth.

  • Fabric Refresher revitalizes clothing, upholstered furniture and other textiles. It neutralizes unwanted odours, leaving behind a delicate scent of orange blossom, cedarwood and lavender. This gentle fabric spray is safe to use even on more delicate materials.
  • Fabric Stain Remover is a powerful yet gentle cleaning spray that effortlessly removes food and liquid stains from fabrics without fading colours –even stubborn wine stains! Its fragrance-free formula makes it ideal for sensitive skin.

Ingredients:

Fabric stain remover, 150 ml
Aqua, <5% Amphoteric Surfactants, <5% Nonionic Surfactants, Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid.
Surfactants of vegetable origin.

Fabric Refresher, 100 ml
Aqua, <5% Nonionic surfactants, Zinc ricinoleate, Phenoxyethanol, Perfume (essential oils), Linalool, Limonene.

  • Height: 15.4–19 cm
  • Diameter: 4.5 cm
  • Capacity: 100–150 ml

  • Material Bottle: 100% recycled PET.
    Box: cardboard.
    Terry cotton cloth: made from upcycled hotel towels

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate, available shipping options and estimated delivery date at checkout once you have filled in your address details.

Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.

Orders shipped to Australia are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as following:

For private customers:

  • Orders of AU$1,000 or less (goods value only, excluding shipping and taxes):
    • A 10% GST is included in the prices and paid at checkout.
  • Orders over AU$1,000:
    • GST and any applicable import duties are collected by Australian customs upon arrival and must be paid by the recipient. Since GST is collected by customs, it is deducted from the order total at checkout and shown as a separate line item in the cost breakdown.

Please note that our product pages display prices including 10% GST. As a result, the AU$1,000 threshold effectively applies to orders with a displayed goods value of AU$1,100 or more.

Delivery terms

Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means that any GST, import duties or other charges assessed by Australian customs or the carrier must be paid by the recipient in order to release the shipment.

We want you to love your purchase—that’s why we offer 30-day returns.

Please note that the right to return products does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products which are ordered from the manufacturer according to the customer's wishes.
  • Custom-cut items (including fabrics and replacement webbing).

Please note that returns are subject to a restocking fee, which varies depending on your region and the item being returned. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

GST & Import Charges

By providing a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), you confirm that you are registered for GST in Australia. In this case, GST is collected by Australian customs and therefore deducted from the order total at checkout. This deduction is shown as a separate line item in the cost breakdown.
