Description

Motarasu’s Enso pendant celebrates the tradition and beauty of Japanese woodworking, bringing to life the atmosphere of traditional Japanese lanterns. This time, the material of the classic lanterns has been replaced by a delicate but strong washi paper that allows the light to filter softly and beautifully. The oak wood joints add even more warmth and character to the overall look of the lamp.

With its elegant and minimalist design, the Enso pendant lamp is a versatile choice for hanging above dining tables in homes or restaurants, as well as enhancing living rooms, bedrooms or office spaces with its serene glow.

Lars Vejen

Danish architect and designer Lars Vejen is best known for creating harmonious designs that seamlessly blend form, function and context. He graduated from the Aarhus School of Architecture in 1996 and spent the next 18 years at Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects, where he led design efforts for over a decade. In 2014, he founded his own design studio named Design Studio Lars Vejen, working between Denmark and Japan and collaborating with manufacturers and artisans across a wide range of industries. His designs have earned him multiple accolades, including the Red Dot Design Award and the iF Design Award.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate, available shipping options and estimated delivery date at checkout once you have filled in your address details.

Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.

Orders shipped to Australia are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as following:

For private customers:

  • Orders of AU$1,000 or less (goods value only, excluding shipping and taxes):
    • A 10% GST is included in the prices and paid at checkout.
  • Orders over AU$1,000:
    • GST and any applicable import duties are collected by Australian customs upon arrival and must be paid by the recipient. Since GST is collected by customs, it is deducted from the order total at checkout and shown as a separate line item in the cost breakdown.

Please note that our product pages display prices including 10% GST. As a result, the AU$1,000 threshold effectively applies to orders with a displayed goods value of AU$1,100 or more.

Delivery terms
