You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free right and license to use, copy, distribute, publish and modify the Content for marketing, advertising and promotional purposes in our different media channels (“License”) such as Finnish Design Shop’s social media channels, newsletters and websites.  

When you share the Content, you warrant that: 

1. you are over 18 years old;
2. you own all intellectual property rights in and to the Content;
3. you have the right to grant the above license to us (including all necessary permissions from persons appearing in the Content);
4. the Content does not violate any third-party rights including but not limited to intellectual property rights or privacy of third parties.  

You release, discharge, and agree to hold us harmless from any obligation to pay compensation for the License and from any liability related to the Content or its use. 

Finnish Design Shop may use your social media handle in exercising these rights.

You understand that our privacy policy applies to the use of any personal data that you might share with us when you share your Content to us. The privacy policy in force from time to time can be accessed here.

You have the right to remove your License. You can do so by clearly communicating the request to us via email at info[at]finnishdesignshop.com.  

Your removal of the License will only affect our future use of your Content. This means that we will no longer use your Content in future publications on our channels. However, we are not obliged to delete already published Content from our channels. If so requested, we may delete published Content from

We reserve the right, at any time, to delete any Content that is not in accordance with these conditions or is inappropriate, offensive, sexual, or discriminatory (as determined by us).  

Subject to applicable mandatory laws, the Content and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Finland and the courts of Finland shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Content.
