Marimekko

Marimekko, founded by the revolutionary grand lady of Finnish design Armi Ratia in 1951, is an iconic Finnish textiles and clothing design company designing high quality apparel, textiles and accessories. 

Since its establishment, Marimekko has relied on the innovative courage of young and talented designers: Today, Maija Louekari and Samu-Jussi Koski continue the tradition of Marimekko’s most important designers Maija Isola and Vuokko Nurmesniemi. Refining fashion and pattern making since its birth, Marimekko creations have a strong and distinctive look that still reflects the lifestyle envisioned by its founder Ratia.
