Description

Cane-line’s Ember fire pit invites you to gather around a bonfire or enjoy food cooked on an open fire. Designed by studio Strand+Hvass, the freestanding fire pit is made from cast iron, which is a particularly durable and sturdy material, and its flowing, round design features drainage gaps for rainwater drain off.

If you wish, you can maximise the campfire experience with matching accessories: the Ember fire pit can be equipped with a cast iron lid and a wire grill grate, both of which are sold separately.

Strand+Hvass

The Danish designers Christina Strand and Niels Hvass have run the design studio Strand + Hvass since 1998. Their emphasis is on furniture and lightning design, but they do also other projects within design. Strand + Hvass bring their own stringent aesthetic approach to the design process, whereas the results can vary a lot. However, both of them are strictly dedicated on simplicity, the overall picture and details.

Shipping & Delivery

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

The shipping cost is based on the destination, weight, and volume of the shipment and will be calculated automatically. You will see the exact rate, available shipping options and estimated delivery date at checkout once you have filled in your address details.

Please note that your order will be delivered as one full shipment once all the items are in stock.

15% GST is included in all prices presented on our website.

Private customers: For orders of NZD$1,000 or less, a 15% GST is included in the prices. For orders over NZD$1,000, GST is collected by New Zealand customs and therefore deducted from the total amount. The deduction is visible in the cost breakdown at checkout.

Delivery terms

Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means that any GST, import duties or other charges assessed by local customs or the carrier must be paid by the recipient in order to release the shipment.

Please note that the right to return products does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products which are ordered from the manufacturer according to the customer's wishes.
  • Custom-cut items (including fabrics and replacement webbing).

Please note that returns are subject to a restocking fee, which varies depending on your region and the item being returned. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
