Filip Arickx
Filip Arickx (b. 1971) is a Belgian designer. He graduated from the fashion line of The Royal Academy of Fine Arts in 1991, and in 1997 he co-founded the Belgian fashion label A.F. Vandevorst together with his wife, An Vandevorst. In the years since, Arickx has expanded his focus from the world of fashion into glassblowing, where his work combines a strong sense of materiality with a sculptural aesthetic.
