Nika Zupanc (b. 1974) is a Slovenian designer whose distinctive and sensual style has been described with terms such as 'punk elegance' and 'techno chic'. A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana, Zupanc has gained international acclaim through her collaborations with renowned design brands like Dior, Alessi and Moooi. Her design repertoire ranges from furniture and lighting to spatial installations and pavilions. In 2008, Zupanc founded her own design studio and has since won numerous prestigious awards, including the Red Dot Award, Elle Decoration International Design Award, EDIDA Award and Good Design Award.
