Enzo Mari (1932–2020) was an Italian designer who also was known as a theorist and provocateur. The starting point of Enzo Mari's work is often theoretical, but the end result is always as functional as it is beautiful.

He received numerous awards for his work during his career, such as the Compasso d’Oro award, which he won as many as four times.
