Huub Ubbens
Huub Ubbens (b. 1964) is a Dutch-born designer who opened his own studio in Montpellier, France, in 2010. Ubbens got his diploma from Amsterdam’s Gerrit Rielvield Academy in 1993 and since then, he has worked as head of the design department of Artemide, art director for Danese and as a freelance designer in the fields of lighting, furniture and medical & wellbeing design. Besides a designer, Hubbens is also a professor at many significant universities internationally.
