Marimekko's Piccolo puolikas kukkaro purse features a striped pattern designed by Vuokko Eskolin-Nurmesniemi in 1953, with multi-coloured stripes painted in free brush strokes. The pattern is best known for the legendary Jokapoika shirt, one of Marimekko's most famous products. The stripes appear in a different colourway on the reverse side of the purse, while the lining is finished in a solid colour for a clean look.
Finnish for "half purse", Puolikas Kukkaro is a versatile small pouch, ideal for storing toiletries or small office supplies as well as for keeping other small essentials always within reach. The machine-washable pouch features a metallic frame that is easy to snap open. Made from cotton, the Piccolo purse has been printed in Finland.
