Description

Microplane’s Black Sheep Series Zester can be used for zesting all citrus fruits and grating hard cheese, ginger, chocolate, nutmeg and truffle into a fine zest. The elegant, entirely black grater is made of stainless steel with a PVD coating for extra scratch resistance, and the non-slip rubber handle ensures a good grip. In 2022, the Black Sheep Series graters won the Red Dot Award.

The graters of the US-based Microplane are favourites of professional chefs and demanding connoisseurs. The secret of the success is the chemical photo-etching technique that makes the blades of the graters significantly sharper, stronger and more durable than most graters. All the chemically etched Microplane blades are made in the USA and assembled in Mexico.
