Heirol's Steelsafe wok pan combines the excellent frying properties of a steel pan with the ease of use of a coated pan. The steel frying pan withstands even severe heat and is equipped with a heat-storing aluminium core, which allows the heat to be distributed evenly and efficiently.
The Steelsafe Pro wok has a safe, completely PFOA-free non-stick coating that makes the pan suitable for frying most foods. The coating also eliminates the need to season the pan. The coating is protected by Heirol's unique honeycomb base structure – thanks to the protective structure, your utensils do not scrape the coating which means that you can also cook using metal kitchen utensils. The pan is suitable for all hob types and is oven safe up to 260 degrees.
