Which shipping methods do you offer?
UPS, DHL, DSV, GLS, TNT and FedEx. You are also welcome to pick up your order from our main warehouse in Turku.

Can I arrange freight by myself?
Absolutely, just contact our team and let us know how you wish to proceed.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code

How do I get a tracking code for my shipment?
We will email you a tracking code, once your order has been shipped.

Why doesn’t the tracking code I received give any information?
With some orders, dimensions or weight might require logistics company to change the shipping method and update the tracking code. Please let us know if this happens.

Is my shipment insured?
All our shipments are insured. If something happens to the products in transit, the logistics company and Finnish Design Shop will process a reclamation in a normal manner.


Do you provide details about a product’s country of origin and materials?
We are happy to let you know the country of origin and, if available, also provide you with detailed information about the materials.

Are duties included in the order total?
Shipments outside Europe are delivered as DDU (DAP). If you are looking for DDP terms, please let us know.

Do you provide information on import procedures?
When it comes to import procedures, we advise you to always contact the local customs for further information. Also, our logistics partner will be in touch if more information is needed for freight forwarding.


Which payment methods do you offer?
CC (Credit Card payment link) and wire transfer for Contract Sales orders


How do I get a quote for my project?
The fastest way is to create a wishlist at our online store and share it with us.

  • Click a heart symbol on the products you wish to include in the quote.
  • Go to your wishlist (top right-hand corner of the page), edit quantities if needed, and copy the link.
  • When you email us the link, you can also include products and brands that you are interested in, but couldn’t find from our online store.

No return or exchange rights for Contract Sales orders
(In larger projects we do exceptions with sample products)
