Le Klint’s 26-70 is a ceiling lamp designed by Le Klint’s founder Tage Klint in 1945, decorated with the classic Le Klint folding technique that creates a soft, even illumination to any room. Le Klint 26-70 is perfect for spaces with low ceilings or that otherwise would not suit a large luminaire. The hand-folded lamp is available in several sizes and in paper or plastic. Light is filtered through both materials softly and pleasantly, but it should be noted that the paper shade creates a slightly more gentle lighting while the plastic shade is ideal for spaces that require lighting that is a bit brighter.

Tage Klint

Tage Klint (1884–1953) was the co-founder of the design firm Le Klint. Due to his entrepreneurial nature, Tage Klint decided to register a patent for his father’s lamp shade and founded the company together with his brother Kaare Klint in 1943. Tage Klint was a qualified chartered surveyor, but also designed a handful of lamps for the family business.
