Fifty-Fifty floor lamp

Description

HAY’s Fifty-Fifty floor lamp was named after its counterweighted structure: the cantilever arm features an adjustable LED light on one end, and a counterweight system on the other. The arm can be easily adjusted to the desired angle, and the light unit is equipped with a touch-sensitive dimmer switch. Physics and engineering inspired the designer Sam Weller to develop a range of lamps that are based on optimal functionality and clean industrial esthetics. The idea was to strip a basic multi-purpose task light to its most fundamental elements. The result is a strong and minimalist lamp that is perfect for offices, public spaces and home use alike.
