Adnet is a top quality mirror with beautiful Italian leather parts and brass details. In 1950, Jacques Adnet formed a partnership with the French fashion house, Hermès, where he developed a collection of leather-covered furniture and interior accessories. The Adnet mirror is from the same era. Adnet was one of the first designers to integrate metal and glass in the structure and decoration of furniture.

Jacques Adnet

The French Jacques Adnet (1900-1984) was an architect and Art Deco designer. He was an icon for the French modernism. After completing his studies he founded the company called JJ Adnet together with his twin brother Jean. Apart from furniture design, Adnet designed apartments and offices to various notable clients such as Unesco and the president of France.
