Description

Fritz Hansen’s After seat cushion gives the After MA100 chair a stylish and softly refined finishing touch. Shaped to follow the lines of the chair, the semi-circular seat pad is upholstered in high-quality leather and finished with a non-slip backing for added comfort and practicality.

Designed by Michael Anastassiades, the After collection brings together classic archetypes and contemporary lines, combining generous proportions with refined, thoughtful details. The name After refers to continuity and timelessness – each piece reflects insights inherited from previous generations while responding to the needs of those to come. The result is furniture that feels both familiar and forward-looking, created to be enjoyed for years to come.

    Sharp objects can scratch, and damage leather and non-colourfast clothing can cause permanent discolouration. Avoid placing in direct sunlight for extended periods of time or close to heat sources.

    Aniline leather is the softest and most natural type of leather, and it will develop a patina over time and use.
  • Care instructions Vacuum regularly with a soft brush nozzle. Clean only when needed using hot water and soap flakes (2–3 tbs per 1 litre of boiled water); apply only the foam with a soft cloth, wipe off excess moisture with a dry cotton cloth, and allow to dry before use. Do not spot clean, as it may cause discolouration.

Michael Anastassiades

Michael Anastassiades is an English designer who explores contemporary notions of culture and aesthetics by means of product, furniture and environmental design. His objects are often minimal and functional, at the same time positioning between fine art and design in vital and unexpected ways. Anastassiades has trained as a civil engineer and has a master’s degree in industrial design from London’s Royal College of Art, and in 1994 he opened his own studio in London. Anastassiades is a winner of many notable design awards, and his work is featured in permanent collections of museums such as New York’s MoMA, London’s Victoria and Albert Museum and Orleans’ FRAC Centre.

If all the items in your order are in stock, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Finland within two working days. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product pages and at checkout.

We offer free shipping on small items for orders over
4000 Kč.

For large items, free shipping applies to orders over  84 000 Kč.

“Small item” refers to parcels under 80 cm in length or weighing less than 25 kg. Larger or heavier shipments are classified as “Large item deliveries” (see below).

Please note that the free shipping thresholds stated above may not apply in certain cases. In such situations, any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Large item delivery charge range from 800 Kč to 4000 Kč and is automatically calculated and displayed on the product page and at checkout. The exact cost is confirmed once your delivery address has been entered.

Large item delivery charges apply to any single parcel with a side longer than 80 cm or weighing more than 25 kg.

Please note that exceptions to these fees may apply to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of large or delicate items. In such cases, the final delivery cost will be displayed at checkout.
