Designer
Goula & Figuera is a Barcelona-based design studio established in 2012 by Pablo Figuera and Álvaro Goula. Figuera (born 1988) and Goula (born 1989) are both graduates of the Elisava design School, located in Barcelona, and hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southampton.
Goula & Figuera’s design often balances between conceptual and commercial, combining creativity with elements guided by industrial production. They strive to create designs that are easy to understand and in which shape, material and functionality come together to form an elegant piece void of superficial details.
