Description

Audo Copenhagen’s Cressida linen napkins are decorated with thin, sophisticated stripes. The timelessly beautiful napkins created by the trio of designers, Mentze Ottenstein + Rosholm, intertwine tradition and trend in a stunning way. The charming texture of the linen napkins and the traditional woven patterns bring a touch of effortless elegance to all kinds of table settings. Durable and quickly drying linen napkins aren’t only for special guests and events – the easy-care napkins are also a delightful addition to a casual Monday evening pasta dinner.

The Cressida linen napkins are part of MAudo Copenhagen’s Cocoon textile range, included in the heart-warming Tradition Reimagined collection. The elegant textiles draw inspiration from the traditions of entertaining and coming together. We may no longer be preparing for the arrival of guests with meticulous planning for several days, but the moments together are still full of purpose and opportunity to create unforgettable memories.

Mentze Ottenstein + Rosholm

Mentze Ottenstein + Rosholm is a design trio consisting of Danish architects Mathias Mentze and Alexander Ottenstein and textile expert Marie-Louise Rosholm. The trio have worked together on textile products for the Danish brand Menu.

Mathias Mentze works not only as an architect but also as a lecturer at the Royal Danish Academy of Arts. He has run his own office since 2015, but at the same time works closely with Alexander Ottenstein, who also works as an architect. Ottenstein has experience with large architectural firms, but today he mostly focuses on smaller-scale passion projects. The third member of the trio, Marie-Louise Rosholm, is a textile designer who has worked in the field for decades. She is the president of the international Intercolor organization, which focuses on colours and their research, and is also the founder of the organization’s Danish representative, the Danish Color Board.
