Description

Muuto's Rime pendant lamp, designed by Stockholm-based TAF Studio, offers an elegant touch to your interiors with nature-inspired aesthetics at the forefront. Distinctly recognisable by its form that mimics the shape of acorns, the powder-coated top-part is pleasantly colour-matched with the pendant tube and cord. The Rime pendant lamp's semi-transparent glass profile has been sandblasted for a subtle, refined look and feel.

Whether you decide to place Muuto's Rime pendant lamp to diffuse a delicate glow on its own or as playful groupings to create a contemporary chandelier, the simple yet effective lighting fixture provides timeless appeal to a variety of spaces. Add a stylish finishing touch above your dining table, next to your favourite sofa or in the hallway, arranged in a row of several pendant lamps.

TAF Studio

The Swedish architects Gabriella Lenke and Mattias Ståhlbom have run the architecture and design studio TAF (previously TAF Architects) in Stockholm, Sweden, since 2002. TAF Studio’s aim is to make ordinary life less ordinary through subtle but effective changes in how products and architecture appear and function. A recurrent departure point in TAF Studio’s projects is that everyday objects by their very commonness can be made uncommon.

Lenke and Ståhlbom have designed products for Muuto, NakNak and Fogia. In 2017, the prestigious Bruno Mathsson Award was given to TAF Studio.
