Audo Copenhagen’s Torso Limited table lamp strikes the perfect balance between a sculptural and soft expression. Created by design studio Krøyer-Sætter-Lassen, the limited edition table lamp comprises a rounded ceramic base and a textile shade made of high-quality Italian fabrics from the Milanese textile house Dedar.
In this version, the shade is made from the Babelia fabric whose abstract, varied pattern nods to the Bauhaus textile tradition. The colourway is called 003 Terre de Canyon, and its rich play of various hues and textures is only accentuated when light is filtered through the fabric.
The unique textile shade perfectly complements the minimalist look of the Torso table lamp, which is inspired by old, handmade treasures found in childhood homes and grandparents’ houses. Torso's light brings instant ambience to any setting, and as a modern touch, it has a three-step touch dimmer that allows you to easily alternate between bright and soft light.
