Vaarnii’s Alter mirror, designed by Industrial Facility’s Sam Hecht and Kim Colin, offers a distinctive addition to the walls of your home. Made from Finnish pinewood and a copper-tinted mirror, Alter has a certain architectural quality that makes it simultaneously stand out and blend in depending on what is desired. The slanted sides add yet another interesting visual element to the design, while also concealing a functional detail: a row of hooks hidden in the back.

- Pine is a soft wood and will suffer some dents and scratches over time, which should be embraced and enjoyed as characterful signs of aging. Pine will naturally change color as it ages with your pale piece of furniture gradually maturing to a beautiful honey color over the course of several years.
- Care instructions
- Use a microfiber cloth when dusting Vaarnii products. Do not use any solvents on wood, only water is recommended.

Hecht and Colin have worked in various fields including product and furniture design, transportation and clothing.
