Katriina Nuutinen's Alva is a delightfully playful but at the same time minimalist wall clock consisting of a mouth-blown glass dome and simple black hands. The size of the clock is sympathetically small: it measures less than 14 cm in diameter. However, the fun convex shape makes Alva a distinctive decoration for any space. The movement hidden under the matte glass dome is completely silent, making Alva especially suited for the bedroom or work space, where ticking could interfere with sleep or concentration. The Alva wall clock is crafted in Finland.
