Mike Meiré

Mike Meiré (b.1964) lives and works in Cologne. In 1989 he founded the design agency Meiré und Meiré together with his brother Marc and in 2001 the cultural production company Neo Noto. As Meiré has a great amount of experience from various fields and projects he constantly changes his role from an art director to a designer and an artist. Artek and Meiré began a cooperation in 2012 to celebrate the 80 year old Stool 60, designed by Alvar Aalto.
