Hans Hornemann (b. 1989) is a Danish designer who graduated from the University of Aalborg’s line of Industrial Design in 2014. Hornemann’s style is characterized by different combinations of aesthetic simplicity, smooth functionality and expressive design with industrial and technical solutions. Hornemann finds his inspiration from pure, natural materials, and emphasizes their character with stripping the design to its bone. A great example of Hornemann’s style is Normann Copenhagen’s Ace collection, which has been awarded with the German Design Award and iF Design Award 2016.
